  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support processes.

Requirements

  • Proficient/Fluent in English.
  • Experience in customer service or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
