Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Whatnot, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible user experience through effective process improvement and problem resolution, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

In Short

  • Interact with buyers and sellers ensuring a positive experience
  • Resolve customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments
  • Become an expert in the Whatnot product and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Seek opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Weekend availability required
  • Fluent in English; secondary language preferred
  • Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus

Requirements

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk or Kustomer
  • Obsession with customer service
  • Proactive problem-solver
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of collectibles is a plus
