• Provide exceptional service to international customers via email and live chat in French and English.
• Manage escalations and follow-ups professionally.

• Ensure accuracy of pricing on online pages.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English with impeccable grammar and spelling.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role.
• Familiarity with customer support tools such as Intercom.
• Experience in problem-solving and handling escalations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment is an advantage.
• Additional European language fluency is a plus.
