In Short

  • Support small to medium-sized entrepreneurs using Point of Rental software.
  • Deliver an awesome experience to customers.
  • Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer requests for assistance.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and follow-up.
  • Document customer issues thoroughly.
  • Prioritize incoming issues for resolution.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Work in a supportive team environment.
  • Open to on-site, hybrid, or 100% remote work.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service attitude.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to document information.
  • Ability to empathize and relate to customers.
  • High emotional intelligence to handle stressful situations.
  • Ability to multi-task across support channels.
  • Project management and technical aptitude are a plus.
  • Rental industry or RMS experience preferred.

  • Base salary plus benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision).
  • 120 hours of PTO.
  • 100% 401(k) matching (up to 4%).
  • Daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
