Customer Support Specialist (English & German) - Remote

• Efficient handling of after-sales customer inquiries (Calls and emails).
• Balanced problem-solving for delivery delays, complaints, or product inquiries.
• Coordinating deliveries and complaints across complex projects.
• Tactful communication with customers in stressful situations.
• Collaboration with internal teams like Sales and Logistics.
• Minimum level of B2 in both German and English.
• 3 years of experience in customer service or similar roles.
• Experience in B2B niches, especially with complex delivery processes.
• Strong multitasking skills and a flexible mindset.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics and ideally Hubspot.
