Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Legit is a company within the Genesis group of businesses with a 13-year history. Our products are used by about 80 million users every month.

We launched the Shift product a year ago with the mission of helping people grow in their careers. We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our business through deep work with data, marketing analytics, and subscription models.

In Short

• Build and develop analytical infrastructure from DWH design to BI and analytical research.
• Analyze traffic acquisition efficiency at the campaign, ad set, and creative levels.
• Support and develop predictive models for pLTV.
• Analyze the performance of different user cohorts.
• Develop and maintain BI reports for self-service analytics teams.
• Automate analytics and build ELT pipelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve data quality and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Marketing Analyst.
• Proficient in SQL (DDL, DML, advanced DQL).
• Practical level of Python (used for building and maintaining ELT pipelines, automating analytics).
• Deep understanding of key metrics in a subscription-based business model.
• Practical experience with subscription products (web or mobile).
• Expertise in at least one BI tool.
• Experience in setting up and analyzing events in analytics systems (GA4, GTM, Amplitude, PostHog).
