Overview

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating valuable products in EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness, impacting 55 million people worldwide. We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our new product JustDone, an AI assistant for text work, aimed at academic professionals and writers.

In Short

• Manage processes within 3 products to achieve 90% of plans, releases, and OKRs on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Implement and adapt Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban).
• Build a system of process metrics and communicate results.
• Facilitate team meetings and track progress.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers.
• 3 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management in IT.
• Advanced Jira skills for managing workflows and reporting.
• Budget and resource planning experience.
• Ability to assess tasks and risks on a basic technical level.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management in IT.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, Scrumban).
• Understanding of the full product development cycle (SDLC).
• Proficient in budget and resource planning.
• Advanced Jira skills.
• Strong facilitation skills for team meetings.
• Experience managing multiple teams and backlogs.
• Ability to create reports and track metrics.
• Basic technical understanding for task evaluation.
