As a Data Analyst at Growe, you will translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations, support management with data-driven decisions, and contribute to the improvement of data quality.

In Short

  • Translate complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and improve Tableau reports.
  • Work with data from multiple sources, validating and preparing it for analysis.
  • Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support management with data-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze traffic performance and unit economics.
  • Develop KPIs and benchmarks across different dimensions.
  • Participate in the support and improvement of forecasting models.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and unit economics.
  • Strong skills in data validation and process automation.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
