In Short

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of dashboards and reporting assets within Superset.
• Partner with stakeholders in Trading, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver KPIs, metrics, and data visualizations.
• Build and maintain SQL-based datasets and derived tables to power reporting tools.
• Develop and maintain analyses around trading performance, pricing accuracy, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor the health and quality of data assets across pipelines and reporting layers.
• Support internal users in interpreting data and building lightweight reporting artifacts.
• Perform QA on datasets and validate dashboard accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improved reporting workflows.
• Monitor report usage and contribute to BI governance and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably MySQL or Athena/Trino).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Superset or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and QA automation.
• Experience working in cloud data environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience working with Git and familiarity with Git-based workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
