Overview

The HR Manager / People Partner will support employees throughout their life cycle and work with international teams to enhance staff development and resolve conflicts.

• Support employees through onboarding, performance reviews, and off-boarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years in an internal HR role (People Partner/HR Manager).
• Experience with international teams.
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency.
• Familiarity with employee evaluation and motivation methods.
• Experience with ATS/CRM/HRM systems.
• Experience in the IT/iGaming industry is a plus.
