Requirements

  • Advanced level of English and Spanish
  • 2+ years in Customer Support/Account Management
  • Experience with customer communication tools (Intercom, Unitalk)
  • Knowledge of Gambling/Betting and sports
  • Collaborative experience with multinational teams
