• Support the Go-To-Market teams in EMEA.
• Execute a people strategy aligned with local organization and business goals.
• Consult on global expansion efforts in the region.
• Partner with People Business Partners to implement GitLab's People programs.
• Advise on People programs based on local expertise.
• Collaborate with TMR and legal teams on HR compliance.
• Consult local regulatory bodies on employment topics.
• Use data to identify trends and develop solutions.
• Drive a talent strategy focused on engagement and retention.
• Facilitate company-wide Talent Programs.

Requirements

• Progressive People Business Partner experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• In-depth knowledge of EMEA employment law.
• Experience with local regulatory bodies.
• Expertise in HR competency areas.
• Ability to create and deliver full-cycle projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Global Talent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred.
