Overview

The Senior Manager, People Partners, supports the business by aligning our people strategy with business outcomes. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, a successful Senior Manager, People Partners proactively works with leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, collaborating closely with other areas in the people team functions to deliver people-centered initiatives that positively impact the business and raises the bar on employee experience.

In Short

  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing People Experience Partner team.
  • Design, deliver, analyze, and iterate on employee experience initiatives.
  • Champion a product mindset across People Experience initiatives.
  • Establish team practices and documentation for consistency and quality.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and employees.
  • Drive organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Guide People Experience Partners in supporting leaders at all levels.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters.
  • Monitor and report on PX team metrics.
  • Support the execution of core people programs across the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience leading People teams through change, remote experience a plus.
  • Extensive people partner background in various HR functions.
  • Skilled in leading client groups through change management.
  • Hands-on experience with internal investigations.
  • Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong management skills for driving initiatives.
  • Experience in remote environments.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and collaboration skills.
