Overview

As Director, Sales & Business Development, you will lead, scale, and continuously improve the teams responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline across both inbound and outbound motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading SDR and BDR teams.
• Strength in change management and process optimization.
• Mastery of CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to manage KPIs and forecast performance.
• Outstanding communication and influence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
