Overview

As a Staff User Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product vision through insight-driven strategy, leading foundational and generative research across complex problem spaces, and mentoring within the Research team.

Requirements

• Expert in human-centered strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 12+ years of experience in UX research.
• Familiarity with research tools like UserTesting, Qualtrics.
• Expert in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in SaaS or tech environments.
• Collaborative in decision-making environments.
• Strategic mindset connecting insights to outcomes.
