Overview

As a Senior Partner Manager at Virtuous, you will be instrumental in the continued development and execution of our GTM strategy with our top tier partners. This role involves recruiting, developing and creating a go-to-market strategy for co-selling, marketing and growing pipeline.

In Short

  • Identify and cultivate potential partners to meet growth targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with high value partners.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue quotas from partners.
  • Create strategy plans with partners for success within the ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive sales conversions of joint businesses.
  • Report to the Director of Partnerships focusing on partner ecosystem expansion.
  • Manage the program like a business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in SaaS partnerships or sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • High-energy, organized self-starter with accountability.
  • Proven track record in partnership strategies.
  • Ability to drive projects with urgency.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach to management.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of Alliance and Channel ecosystem development.
  • Experience managing projects and portfolios.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
