Senior Partner Manager - Remote

Overview

Guideline is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships Team.

In Short

• Representing Guideline as the primary point of contact for potential and current partners
• Own primary communication and feedback channels between partners and internal stakeholders
• Establish, monitor and communicate key metrics and KPIs for joint success with partners
• Lead ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure investment in growth opportunities
• Align roadmaps and workflows to achieve business goals
• Work closely with RevOps, Data Analytics and Finance teams
• Uphold standards on culture, accountability, and impact
• Some travel to meet partners at their offices and industry events

Requirements

• Proven track record in partner management or business development
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a bias to action
• High EQ collaborator with a service-based mindset
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Data-driven storyteller comfortable using analysis
• Clear communication and program management skills
