Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant will play a key role in facilitating training sessions and implementing solutions for Virtuous clients, focusing on enhancing their fundraising and donor relationship processes.

In Short

• Facilitate live virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Implement Professional Services solutions for clients.
• Manage custom services projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Collaborate with customers to design solutions.

• Occasional travel for in-person training sessions.
• Experience with CRM and nonprofit sectors is preferred.
• 2-3 years of SaaS experience required.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms.
• 2-3 years SaaS experience.
• Minimum 2 years in instructional design or related field.
• 1-3 years in Project Management or Customer Success roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for innovation and helping nonprofits.
• Understanding of adult learning theory.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Clear communication skills.
