In Short

• Join the Engineering team as a Site Reliability Engineer (.NET).
• Work closely with the Support team to resolve complex customer issues.
• Tackle tough customer issues requiring deep application knowledge.
• Build internal tooling to improve support efficiency.
• Mentor Tier 2 agents on technical systems and debugging practices.
• Drive resolution of customer-reported bugs and maintain empathy for customers.
• Participate in customer calls to investigate issues firsthand.
• Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with .NET is required.
• Experience in SaaS environments and multi-tenant systems is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Experience in SaaS environments and a deep understanding of multi-tenant systems, APIs, and distributed application behavior.
• Enjoy debugging and solving complex edge cases.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with non-engineers.
• Proactive and curious mindset.
• Comfortable being customer-facing during high-impact incidents.
