Data Migration Engineer - Remote

Overview

A Virtuous Data Migration Engineer will be responsible for extracting, mapping, formatting, and importing client data from legacy systems to Virtuous for nonprofit customers. This role requires proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of data structure and relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Migration or SQL/dbt environment.
• Experience writing complex SQL scripts.
• Knowledge of dbt, Snowflake, GitHub, XML, SSMS, and Python is a plus.
• Understanding of the ETL process.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Interest in nonprofit software and fundraising.
