Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in management.
• Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
• Solid technical foundation in modern web application development.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, QA, or release management.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for building high-performing distributed teams.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions and reviews.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
• Comfort in guiding engineers through design reviews.
