Caseware is a leading SaaS organization in the audit and accounting software industry, seeking a Solutions Consultant to ensure the success of strategic customers in their evaluations and implementations of Caseware solutions.

In Short

  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to assist prospects and customers.
  • Strategize on evaluation and implementation journeys.
  • Create and maintain product demo strategies.
  • Support customer evaluations and implementations.
  • Assist in the development of customer migration strategies.
  • Coordinate internally to address customer issues.
  • Develop a product knowledge base for team members.
  • Capture customer feedback for innovation support.
  • Create toolkits and resources for evaluations.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an Audit/Accounting/Professional Services Firm.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization skills with multitasking experience.
  • Resourceful self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector.
  • Nice to have: Chartered Accountant with external audit experience.
