  • Skills, Qualifications, and Interests We’re Looking For:
  • Native-level or fluent German (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to communicate effectively in a global team.

  • Comfortable with technology and quickly learning new tools.
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required—we provide full training.
