Overview

We are searching for tech-savvy enthusiasts to provide IT support and solutions to our customers in both French and English.

In Short

• Provide accurate IT solutions via telephone, emails, or chat.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (B2/C1).
• Technical college or university not mandatory; training provided.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills including active listening.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Availability to work in shifts.
