Overview

A leading casino & sports betting company is looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Support Agent to join their Bucharest team.

In Short

• Provide helpful and thoughtful responses to questions or requests via email or chat.
• Handle the registration, tracking, and resolution of client issues.
• Assess inquiries for direct resolution or escalation.
• Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
• Identify and report technical issues on the game sites.

Requirements

• Native/fluent in French (C1) and English, both oral and written.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in online communication tools and ticket management systems.
• Good knowledge of IT software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Previous experience in a contact center or similar role.
• Adaptable and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively.
