Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing issues related to account integration, activation/deactivation, and product support.

In Short

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist clients with integration issues and product-related concerns.
  • Provide information regarding retirement plan services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Utilize Zendesk and Aircall systems for customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in technical support, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retirement plans is advantageous.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Aircall systems is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • MUST be able to have completed BACKGROUND CHECK for the project.
