Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to PoR customers, helping them succeed with our products and ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions throughout their PoR Journey.

In Short

  • Manage all post-sales activities for assigned customers.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer.
  • Maintain an understanding of our products and the rental industry.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and business reviews.
  • Work closely with Product and Development teams.
  • Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives for customer engagement.
  • Identify consulting opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrable technical aptitude.
  • 1–3 years of analytical skills experience.
  • 1–3 years of sales and upsell knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in relationship building.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
