• Lead Laundryheap's lifecycle messaging programme
• Own the strategy for turning first-time customers into regulars
• Build the programme from the ground up
• Manage a Customer Lifecycle Manager
• Accountable for repeat order rates across every cohort stage
• Implement post-order habit sequences and win-back flows
• Run CRM experiments and A/B tests
• Develop channel mix strategies across multiple platforms
• Shape and own the retention strategy
• Work in a hybrid role with a 9-5 schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2C lifecycle, retention or CRM marketing
• Hands-on experience with behavioral CRM tools
• Proven experience running CRM experiments
• Experience across multiple marketing channels
• Comfortable writing briefs and copy
• Ability to analyze cohort data
• Understanding of suppression logic and sequence architecture
