Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue throughout the entire customer journey.

  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing platforms.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM marketing.
  • 1-2 years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a highly regulated market.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Experience with lifecycle martech tools such as Klaviyo or Braze.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
