• 4+ years of experience in fast-paced D2C environments.
• Strong focus on marketing and collaboration with operations.
• Subject matter expertise in SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with tools like Looker and Google Analytics.
• Ability to distill complex subject matter into actionable insights.
• Experience with analytical models using Python or R.
• Comfortable utilizing 3rd party tools for web analytics.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Strong presentation skills to influence strategy.
