Wisp is on a mission to empower patients with hassle-free sexual and reproductive care online. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Operations Specialist to join our fully-remote team.

In Short

• Collaborate and lead on project planning and execution for key Ops initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Ecommerce, and Compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute impactful initiatives.
• Use data analysis tools to inform decision-making and track performance.
• Implement process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for pharmacy communications.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Suite; experience with Asana and Notion is a plus.
