We are on a mission to change that, and we’re looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our Global Customer Experience team. If you are passionate about helping people and fluent in French and Italian, we want to hear from you!

In Short

  • Main point of contact for customers and partners.
  • Provide outstanding support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle inquiries through SSMM tools like Facebook and Trustpilot.
  • Manage urgent cases and proactively contact stores.
  • Encourage sustainable behavior among partners and consumers.
  • Ensure consistent coverage across support channels.
  • Embodies the brand's philosophy and tone.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center.
  • Fluent in French and Italian (C1 level), and English.
  • Based in Italy, Spain, or Portugal.
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs.
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Team player who builds positive relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on repetitive tasks.
  • Passionate about sustainability.
  • Experience in a marketplace or food industry is a plus.
