We’re looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join the Polish superstar team at Too Good To Go.

In Short

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries through email, chat and phone.
• Be the main point of contact for our partners and customers.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to enhance efficiency.
• Embark on a mission to inspire users to take action against food waste.
• Work in a fully remote position, Monday to Friday, 09:00 h to 17:00 h.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Service.
• Proficient in Polish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
• Passionate about sustainability and social impact.
