Overview

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you are the front line of our customer experience, expected to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide clear communication.

  • Maintain an understanding of Residex functionality.
  • Educate users on system updates and best practices.

  • Participate in product roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting healthcare-related software.
  • Familiarity with Assisted Living and Adult Day Services industries.
  • Knowledge of remote support tools.
