CookUnity is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who will enhance client interactions and improve their overall experience.

In Short

  • Handle inbound customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Address time-sensitive issues via email or chat.
  • Assist clients with subscription and product inquiries.
  • Escalate critical cases to the CX Supervisor.
  • Process orders and subscription requests.
  • Develop expertise in CookUnity's products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer issue resolution.
  • Outstanding English communication skills.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and great people skills.
  • Knowledge of nutritional information is a plus.
