  • Work in a fully remote position from Monday to Friday.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management is required.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English is essential.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and social impact is a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
  • Fully proficient in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Located in Poland.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Enjoy working in a team and building positive relationships.
  • Experience in a marketplace or food industry is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
