Overview

The Team Lead Key Account Manager SEMI will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers across Europe, focusing on direct sales of semiconductor-related products and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

  • Coordinate team activities and sales priorities.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and employee discussions.
  • Communicate company regulations and market trends to the team.
  • Direct sales of semiconductor products to major fabs in Germany.
  • Strategic planning for sales goals with a target of Euro 1-2M.
  • Provide feedback on instrumentation and market trends.
  • Support marketing activities and trade shows.
  • Manage account activities and forecasting using INFICON CRM.
  • Demonstrate company products to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical studies (Diploma / Master).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and grow Key Account business.
  • Highly motivated and autonomous.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
  • Understanding of database and network architecture.
  • Fluent in English and German.
