Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HRIS Inhouse Consultant to join our dynamic team in Syracuse, United States. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting our global Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Workday HCM.

In Short

• Configure, maintain, and ensure system quality of the Workday HCM system.
• Manage HR-specific tools like Culture Amp and SmartRecruiters.
• Analyze existing HR processes and data flows.
• Implement HR-specific requirements in Workday and other HR systems.
• Participate in international HR digitization projects.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for HR users.
• Collaborate with external application management partners.
• Provide process and system consulting to HR departments.
• Monitor and manage system interfaces across the global HR technology landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Workday certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Workday administration.
• Expertise in translating HR business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience in international environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM system.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Fluent in English, German a plus.
