SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM for a scientific company in the field of environmental technology, located in the Braunschweig region with extensive remote options.

In Short

• Responsible for the maintenance, development, and support of SAP solutions focusing on Human Capital Management.
• Consult and support departments in business process analysis and optimization.
• Involvement in customizing, user acceptance testing, integration testing, and documentation.
• Implement authorization concepts.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable fields.
• Relevant professional experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment and Success Factors HCM cloud solutions.
• Good knowledge in SAP customizing and ABAP programming; experience in administration and further development of SF HCM cloud solutions and Fiori development is a plus.
• Experience in project management, especially requirements and change management.
• Strong communication skills and a conscientious, solution-oriented work ethic.
