Overview

We are seeking a Rollout Lead to drive the digital transformation initiative of the German Alpine Club (DAV), the largest mountaineering association in the world, with over 1.6 million members.

• Strategic development of rollout strategies for digital transformation.
• Operational planning and orchestration of rollout waves across multiple systems.
• Detail planning and management of cutover activities for risk-free go-lives.

• Planning of hypercare phase post-go-live and transition to regular operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
• Extensive experience in planning and managing large-scale rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of rollout and cutover management.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and managing external partners.
• Strong analytical skills for structuring complex dependencies.
• High resilience during critical phases with strong organizational and communication skills.
