In Short

• Conduct requirement analysis and advise departments to optimize business processes for the upgrade to Business Central 25 (BC25).
• Model processes and develop tailored solutions within BC25 aligned with departmental needs.
• Plan and conduct training for key users and departments.
• Support testing and acceptance phases by checking software functionality and optimizing process flows.
• Monitor and control the upgrade to BC25 ensuring smooth implementation.
• Work closely with Business Central developers to implement technical requirements.
• Lead the technical aspects of the upgrade project and participate in further change and transformation projects.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge in Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision, especially in financial accounting.
• Experience in upgrade projects and change management.
• Proficient in SQL databases and ideally have knowledge in AL-code.
• Experience in training key users and departments.
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in a team, take responsibility, and show high independence and motivation.
