Overview

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our partner, one of the leading European energy and technology companies, actively driving the digital transformation of the energy world.

In Short

• Lead a 24/7 team of 14 members and coordinate operational processes.
• Manage critical incidents and work closely with various technology stacks.
• Ensure the quality of operational processes and develop documentation and training.
• Drive continuous improvements of processes and tools.
• Enhance agile working methods within the team.

Requirements

• Broad IT knowledge (e.g., Cloud and Application Operations, Monitoring, DevOps).
• Several years of experience in Operations or Incident Management.
• Experience in IT process management and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and empathy.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
