IT Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

You’ll be the face of IT, providing operational support for all users across the entire organization. You’ll also lead onboarding sessions and ensure users are set up for success from day one. You’ll contribute to IT team growth by ensuring IT operational processes are well documented and continuously improved.

In Short

• Analyze and resolve all IT Requests via JIRA ITSM.
• User lifecycle management including onboarding and offboarding.
• Asset management and device lifecycle management.
• Application lifecycle management including configuring single sign-on.
• Timely communication with stakeholders on IT-related support tickets.
• Help scale IT through knowledge sharing and documentation.
• Willingness to go beyond outlined responsibilities.
• Prior experience in user onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Empathetic team player providing timely solutions.
• Technical/problem-solving skills across a wide range of technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations and user support.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, JAMF, and Okta.
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Ability to document standard operating procedures.
• Team player with a focus on operational excellence.
