Manager, IT Operations - Remote

Overview

Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, IT Operations to lead our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-user support, network and systems administration, and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) IT General Controls. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of IT professionals.

• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to maintain security measures.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
• Develop and manage the IT Operations budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of IT operations experience, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience with SOX IT general controls.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including Entra ID, Intune, M365.
• Experience with MDM tools like Intune and Jamf.
• Proficiency in ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Desirable: AWS, M365, and ITIL certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing IT projects and multitasking.
