• Lead and manage IT Support and IT Employee Lifecycle teams.
• Oversee IT Support operations for effective ticket resolution.
• Optimize the IT Employee Lifecycle process.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor and improve key IT performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and business units for effective IT processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based tools such as Okta, Google, Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.
• Proven track record of effective people management.
• Ability to drive improvements in ticket management and service efficiency.
• Bonus Points: ITIL, PMP, CISSP certifications, vendor management experience.
