IT Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Wrike is seeking a proactive IT Operations Manager to join our IT department at Wrike. You will play a crucial role in building and managing a team and collaborating with HR, Workplace, Engineering and Devops teams.

In this role you will be able to influence decisions, mentor, and upskill your team, enable Wrikers with a reliable and effective infrastructure and Cloud-based solutions. If you would like to lead a team of system and support engineers and provide them with technical guidance and mentorship but also help our colleagues support the optimization and automation of our everyday tasks, we'd love to speak with you!

In Short

• Managing Helpdesk team which is responsible for internal user support.
• Managing Mobile Device Management platforms, including Jamf for Macs and MEM for Windows devices.
• Modernizing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Liaising with other teams leaders on strategy and projects.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Helping teams to optimize and automate everyday tasks.
• Guiding the team to successfully meet their objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a managerial role within a related field.
• Knowledge of MDMs, Okta, Google Workspace and Microsoft stack.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Hands-on experience with server and network hardware.
