Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations - Remote

Overview

Wrike is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations to serve as a key operational contributor to the legal team and trusted resource to the General Counsel.

In Short

• Provide substantive support to the General Counsel and executive leadership team.
• Lead the selection and optimization of the department’s Tech Stack.
• Manage the global lifecycle of the company and affiliates.
• Identify and drive internal workflow optimizations.
• Act as the primary liaison for outside counsel and legal vendors.
• Maintain an organized document environment for corporate documentation.

Requirements

• Active ABA-approved Paralegal Certification required.
• 7–10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Deep understanding of corporate formalities.
• Demonstrated experience in project management.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a leadership-facing environment.
