In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals and contractors.
• Oversee endpoint management, IT operations, and administration.
• Manage and optimize technology and processes.
• Develop strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Monitor systems proactively and troubleshoot incidents.
• Ensure timely completion of tickets and projects.
• Oversee build, release, and delivery processes.
• Work with developers and DevOps teams for secure environments.
• Champion security best practices and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years managing IT, Engineering, and/or Operations teams.
• Experience with IT and software development operations.
• Strong expertise in business analysis and process mapping.
• 3+ years managing AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of AWS services, Jira, GitLab, Node.js, MSSQL Server.
• Experience with healthcare IT security frameworks.
• Ability to operate in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with generative AI is a plus.
