In Short

• Own the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports used across the company.
• Build and maintain the company’s data pipeline in collaboration with team members.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements through regular engagement with internal stakeholders.
• Assign and review work for other members of the data team, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance.
• Manipulate large datasets to query, analyze, and visualize data.
• Ensure the integrity, consistency, and usability of dashboards and reporting tools across departments.
• Champion data best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to non-technical teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
• Proven expertise with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL (Postgres or MSSQL Server).
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management and ticketing tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other analytical field.
