• Kyo is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and experienced 100% remote BCBA.
• Work with clients to create customized treatment plans.
• Utilize assessments and advanced technology to measure outcomes.
• Receive 1:1 mentorship and collaborate with clinicians nationwide.
• Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors.
• Conduct observations and assessments via Telehealth.
• Design and deliver remote training to parents and professionals.
• Meet performance metrics specific to the Telehealth BCBA role.
• Participate in regional or company-wide clinical projects.

Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding operational skills.
• Strong internet connection and professional environment.
• Willingness to work in Pacific time zone.
• Ability to occasionally work longer than 8 hours/day.
